Dr Seow Shih Wee

Dr Seow Shih Wee is Director of Corporate Services. As Director, Corporate Services, Dr Seow is responsible for coordinating daily operations across various departments in PRECISE, designing and implementing strategies, working with legal departments to prepare collaboration agreements. Dr Seow also oversees PRECISE public comms, staff hiring and budget management matters, liaising with various government agencies to support PRECISE operations.

Prior to becoming Director of Corporate Services, Dr Seow was at the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) where she was Head (PharmBio) at the Biomedical Research Council, and later on, as Deputy Director, led the Business Development team at the Research Support Centre. As Head (PharmBio), Dr Seow managed and evaluated special research programmes and projects, and she was instrumental in setting up NPM Phase I.

Dr Seow is a microbiologist by training, she obtained her Ph.D. from the National University of Singapore and was a recipient of the NUS Graduate Student Fellowship.
