PRECISE—SG100K advances population scale proteomics with Thermo Fisher Scientific and Seer
PRECISE has partnered with Thermo Fisher and Seer to add advanced protein analysis to one of the largest and most diverse Asian population health cohorts – PRECISE-SG100K.
The partnerships with Thermo Fisher and Seer will deploy targeted, high-sensitivity, protein measurement with deep, unbiased discovery proteomics. Taken together, the advanced protein analysis will strengthen the PRECISE-SG100K cohort's ability to harness genomic variations, other health-related data and real-time biological insights to help elucidate disease mechanisms and identify clinically relevant biomarkers.
This work also supports the broader Singapore ecosystem. While Thermo Fisher Scientific’s platforms underpin the analysis, delivery at scale engages regional service capabilities, with NovogeneAIT Genomics supporting implementation as a vendor partner—reflecting how PRECISE-SG100K continues to catalyse opportunities beyond its immediate research scope.
